What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher - 3rd Grade Language Arts position at THE JOHN COOPER SCHOOL?
The Lower School third grade language arts teacher will inspire students to explore, learn, and appreciate the language arts through engaging learning experiences and encourage active student participation through interactive lessons and activities.
She/he will stay current with educational research and trends in language arts teaching as well as participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. The ideal candidate will be able to plan and implement curriculum using current methodologies and collaborate with others to create a cohesive curriculum across the division.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in elementary education; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years applicable teaching experience preferred
