So, what exactly does a Supervisor do at Johnny Rockets :
SUMMARY : Under the direction of the General Manger, responsible for creating the expected culture through executing and reinforcing Johnny Rockets' Vision, Mission and Values during designated shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six to twelve months' related experience and / or training; at least six months experience in Certified Trainer position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10's and 100's.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
