General Position Summary :
Sightline is seeking Sponsored Projects Business Systems Analysts to join our functional team, dedicated to reimagining the sponsored projects lifecycle. Analysts will work collaboratively with consultants and stakeholders across the enterprise to develop business requirements, create process and workflow documentation, and design and implement innovative solutions for sponsored award management. Analysts will focus on business processes, including managing award master data, post-award administration, compliance, revenue streams (ex. billings and letter of credit draws), financial reporting tools and analytics, and account closeout.

Starting Salary Range : (Low end of PD $62,900 - High end of PG $175,000; Commensurate with experience)
Employee group : Full Time
Schedule : Monday - Friday : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
Exempt Status : Exempt

This salary range does not include all components of the Sightline compensation program. This position may be eligible for a discretionary retention and performance bonus, based on individual performance and the school’s performance during the applicable fiscal year, as determined by the Vice President, Financial and Administrative Systems, Sightline in their sole discretion. Therefore, the actual compensation paid to the selected candidate may vary slightly from the salary range stated herein.
Total Rewards
The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Johns Hopkins University’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, education / training and other qualifications. Education and Experience Equivalency
Please refer to the job description above to see which forms of equivalency are permitted for this position. If permitted, equivalencies will follow these guidelines : JHU Equivalency Formula : 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience. Additional related experience may substitute for required education on the same basis. For jobs where equivalency is permitted, up to two years of non-related college course work may be applied towards the total minimum education / experience required for the respective job.
