Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Policy Maintenance: Update and maintain clients' insurance policies accurately, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process by providing guidance and ensuring swift resolution.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality and provide feedback for process enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or insurance-related role preferred.
- License: An active P&C insurance license preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Customer-Oriented: Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
