Since 1982, The Joinery has created handcrafted furniture for residential and commercial spaces with a strong commitment to environmental performance. Each piece of Joinery furniture is thoughtfully designed and crafted to be a part of our customers’ homes for decades. A successful Sales Associate will create deep relationships with customers and demonstrate a strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills
· Proven ability to close sales
· Strong customer service skills through all communication channels
· Strong organization skills, adherence to timelines and attention to detail
· Passion to connect with others, improve the environment and strengthen our community
Also helpful are experience with an ERP system and experience with home furnishings.
