Role Description
The Chiropractor will be responsible for providing adjustments, treating spinal issues, and musculoskeletal system disorders to promote overall wellness and pain relief for patients. Our supportive operating model ensures your financial stability, allowing you to think long-term.
Expectations for Role
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Chiropractor
- Ability to perform 250-300 full spine diversified adjustments weekly
- Achieving 300 weekly adjustment average supports a total compensation of $100K with bonuses
- Lead at least 51% of patients to payment plans for long-term Wellness Care
- Hold patients accountable for their Wellness Goals to maximize retention

Qualifications
- Skills in Spine adjustments and Chiropractic care
- Knowledge in Medicine and the Musculoskeletal System
- Experience in conducting assessments and providing appropriate treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
- Licensure to practice Chiropractic care in Oklahoma
Compensation
- Full time and Part time opportunities available
- $80,000 Full time BONUS opportunity
- $280-320 Part time daily pay BONUS opportunity
- Company paid malpractice insurance
- Must have weekend availability
