Our organization is set up to make sure the offices run smoothly with the help of a dedicated Administrative Assistant as well as a Training and Development Manager, who both work alongside an engaged Franchisee, so you can focus solely on your craft! For example, our leaders recognize that when you’re hard at work-you need a break, that’s why there is a dedicated lunch break M-F.
The primary goal is to provide our patients with a pathway toward better health through ongoing Chiropractic maintenance and preventative care.

Job Title: Chiropractor
Location: Chattanooga, TN Designated Market Area (DMA)
The Opportunity 1: Full-Time Chiropractor (32-40 hrs/wk)
The hours Available to Work are:
10 AM - 7 PM M-F &
10 AM - 4 PM Sat-Sun
(CLOSED for lunch 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM M-F)

Compensation:

Expectations:
- Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
- Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
- Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care.
- Provide a recommended course of treatment and communicate this to the front desk staff, who will complete the sales conversation with the patient.
- Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
- Building positive doctor-patient relationships
- Reliable transportation and availability to cover a shift at any of the Chattanooga area clinics when needed (Hixson, North Shore, Hamilton, Cleveland, and Fort O – if GA license is active)
- Desire to meet the clinic's target Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure growth
Qualifications needed:
- 4-year bachelor degree from an accredited college
- A doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Passing scores for Parts I,II,III and IV from NCBE
- A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV
- Valid DC license in TN
- Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in TN
- The addition of a GA license is preferred but not requited
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
