Our office is focused on maintaining positive patient experiences, team engagement, and a strong presence within our community. You will have the support of other DC’s for additional training/mentorship and will have the helping hand you need to achieve the high volume and high-quality patient care that we strive for. Our organization is set up to make sure the office runs smoothly with an office manager alongside an engaged Franchisee, so you can focus solely on your craft! For example, our leaders recognize that when you’re hard at work—you need a break, that’s why there is a dedicated lunch break M-F.

The primary goal is to provide our patients with a pathway toward better health through ongoing Chiropractic maintenance and preventative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine chiropractic needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient evaluations.
• Utilize medical imaging to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Provide acute pain management and trigger point therapy to alleviate discomfort.
• Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, and the importance of maintaining overall health.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Chiropractic or related field
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Proficiency in patient assessment and physical examinations
• Familiarity with medical terminology and imaging techniques
• Experience in developing care plans and managing acute pain
• Skills in patient observation and occupational health practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities

License/Certification:

• Chiropractic License (Required)

• Johnson City, TN 37604: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
