Position Overview
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking an ambitious and results-drivenEnterprise Accounts Managerto drive revenue growth through strategic sales and client retention. Reporting to the SVP, Development, this role will focus on identifying, securing, and managing relationships with large corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and expanding our brand presence. This is a high-impact role responsible for executing enterprise sales strategies, managing key accounts, and delivering value-driven solutions to corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that targets organizations across various industries.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and pitch development to contract negotiation and client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing enterprise clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Ops Services and PMO, to create tailored solutions for enterprise accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in conversion rates, revenue, and client engagement
- Maintain a strong pipelineof enterprise prospects using CRM tools and sales analytics
- 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably within a franchise or multi-unit organization
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing large corporate accounts with substantial revenue impact
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skillswith C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
