Key Responsibilities
Champion Employee Relations:
- Be the go-to advisor for managers and employees, offering expert guidance on policies, workplace concerns, and best practices.
- Address employee issues with care and integrity, fostering a supportive and high-performing workplace.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Stay ahead of employment laws and regulations to ensure we’re always compliant.
- Conduct audits and implement proactive solutions to minimize risk and enhance efficiency.
Elevate Performance Management:
- Partner with leadership to design and execute performance management processes that inspire growth and accountability.
- Coach team members to be effective leaders, helping them navigate challenges and develop their teams.
Drive HR Initiatives:
- Collaborate with leadership on initiatives to enhance our culture and support business goals.
- Lead employee engagement programs and play an active role in shaping The Joint’s vibrant culture.
- Contribute to organizational change management efforts, ensuring transitions are smooth and effective.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- A passion for people and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
