As a Lead Wellness Coordinator with The Joint Chiropractic you will work with a team of doctors and professionals in a modern, wellness-based chiropractic clinic where positivity and relationship building are essential to being successful.
Coordinators must be good multitaskers able to perform clinic administrative processes, patient support and education, and transaction completion using point of sale software. Clinic Coordinators have daily and monthly performance goals that increase gross pay when met or exceeded. Daily responsibilities focus on maintaining patient relationships, supporting doctor protocols, and resolving patient and visitor complaints directly or by channeling them to appropriate personnel for resolution.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Manage clinic phone calls
- Greet and assist patients with the completion of required paperwork
- Educate Patients on wellness offerings and services
- Sell the Wellness Plan or Visit Package that is best suited to the patient's treatment plan according to the doctor's recommendation
- Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
- Participate in marketing activities to help the clinic build new patient counts
- Manage daily clinic operations including ensuring it's clean and that inventory is stocked
- Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
- Execute all of The Joint Chiropractic's Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide the highest levels of customer service
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and decorum at all times
- Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture
Requirements:
- 2 years or more of college (or equivalent work experience).
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
- Ability to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Dedication to high quality service.
- Professional appearance and appropriate business casual attire.
- Enthusiastic approach customer service and personal relationships.
- Confidence in presenting and selling services
- Clear criminal background checks.
- Willingness to learn and grow
