Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Educate patients about wellness services and offerings.
- Manage transactions using point-of-sale software, ensuring patient accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a strong customer service orientation and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately, reconcile sales, and make deposits.
- Answer phone calls professionally and enthusiastically.
- Maintain organized patient flow through the clinic.
- Support team goals and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
- Keep management informed of member concerns and follow clinic policies and procedures.
- Facilitate a payment plan offering that is aligned with the patient’s specific recommendations as determined by the attending DC.
Sales & Marketing
- Support the development of the patient/clinic relationship.
- Use a consultative sales approach to assist patients in making a buying decision.
- Provide exceptional service to members and patients.
- Drive membership sales to meet and exceed clinic goals.
- Greet and check in members and patients for their chiropractic visits.
- Re-engage inactive members and educate prospective patients on membership options, packages, and promotions.
- Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
- Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients.
- Ensure a caring, personal and helpful experience for every patient on every visit.
Clinic Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and workspace.
- Ensure that the highest level of operating standards are maintained at all times.

Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish speaker required – candidates without fluency will not be considered.
- Prior office coordination or marketing experience is a plus (This is not a management position and does not involve supervising employees).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Professional and highly organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong interpersonal, phone, and computer skills.
- Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to share personal chiropractic experiences and success stories.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 9 per week
