Job Overview
We are seeking highly qualified professionals to join our team as Orthopedic Care Specialists - Certification Reviewers. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that patients receive evidence-based orthopedic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Review certification programs for Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement, Spine, Total Shoulder Replacement, Total Ankle Replacement, Hip Fracture, and Advanced Total Joint Replacement Program.
- Provide educational and inspirational reviews to partner organizations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in orthopedics and evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
- Board Certification in Orthopedics required.
- Five years active experience in orthopedics, with involvement in Disease Specific Care Certification programs.
- Ability to travel extensively nationwide, including driving, flying, and adapting to various weather conditions.
