**Position Overview:**

As the Doctor of Chiropractic, you will play a pivotal role in our clinic by seeing many patients with the expectation of highest standards of patient care. You will be responsible for daily and monthly business needs, including patient flow, performance metrics, and clinic growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic chiropractor with a passion for chiropractic care to make a meaningful impact and grow within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

- Monitor and achieve clinic performance metrics, including patient retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and patient acquisition.

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

- Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute business plans.

- Provide hands-on patient care, including consultations, adjustments, and follow-ups.

**Qualifications:**

- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.

- Valid chiropractic license in Alabama.

- Strong understanding of chiropractic principles, techniques, and patient care standards.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a positive clinic environment.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
