Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform spinal adjustments using precise chiropractic techniques to alleviate pain and improve patients' physical functionality.
• Develop and explain treatment plans tailored to patient needs and attainable recovery goals.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment sessions, adjusting techniques as necessary.
• Educate patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic care, maintaining proper posture, and lifestyle adjustments conducive to spinal health.
• Maintain patient records with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals when needed to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest chiropractic practices and industry developments through continuous education and professional growth.
• Contribute to the community and the clinic by participating in health fairs, lectures, and workshops.
• Promote the mission and values of The Joint both in professional settings and the broader community.
• Assist in administrative tasks and the management of the clinic's day-to-day operations as needed.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid state license and the ability to meet all state regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of diagnosing musculoskeletal disorders and conditions.
• Proficient in various chiropractic techniques, especially those most conducive to spine health.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a comfortable environment and build patient rapport.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional ethics and patient privacy standards.
