Salary: Up to $80,000 annually

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager (AM) to join our team immediately. This full-time, on-site position will support a generalist book of business with a focus on large lines of commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in commercial lines insurance and will be comfortable working with clients, carriers, and producers in an account servicing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide full account servicing for a generalist book of business, including large lines of commercial insurance
• Work closely with clients, carriers, and producers to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to account management
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and general account inquiries
• Manage various aspects of commercial lines accounts across different industries (no niche focus required)
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Required: Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Required: 2 years of experience in commercial lines CSR or account management
• Proficient in AMS360 software
• Experience with large lines of business and a generalist approach (not specialized in a niche)
