Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
- Advise clients on coverage options, risk management strategies, and policy details.
- Liaise with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate coverage terms, and resolve policy-related issues.
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively managing accounts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and market changes to better serve clients.
- Previous experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic) is a plus.
