Compensation
- $55,000 - $85,000/year based on years of experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling commercial auto or liability claims.
- Strong understanding of commercial auto insurance policies, repair processes, and estimating systems (e.g., CCC, Mitchell, Audatex).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adjuster license in applicable states is required or must be obtained.
- Knowledge of state and federal transportation regulations is a plus.
- Manage a caseload of commercial auto and liability claims from initial reporting to final resolution.
- Investigate claims thoroughly by reviewing documentation, interviewing involved parties, and coordinating with appraisers.
- Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages based on policy language and applicable laws.
- Determine appropriate reserves and monitor them throughout the life of the claim.
- Coordinate repair estimates and manage relationships with body shops and appraisers.
