The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the insurance industry. A college degree is not required but is a plus. Candidates must be licensed insurance agents/brokers and possess the following:

The main responsibility of this role is to provide support to client executives, account executives, and senior account managers in managing all insurance placement-related activities, including property/casualty, professional liability, and management liability coverages.
Key Responsibilities
Assist client executives, account executives, and senior account managers in addressing clients' insurance needs, including:
- Support the policy renewal process by:
- Helping client executives prepare materials for pre-renewal strategy meetings with clients (if applicable).
- Creating, updating, and managing initial exposure workbooks or renewal questionnaires.
- Preparing additional applications and submission materials as needed.
- Ordering loss runs, experience modification worksheets, MVRs, and organizing them accordingly.
- Submitting renewal applications to underwriters.
- Receiving insurer quotations and preparing the first draft of the renewal proposal, including comparison tables and charts for client executive or broker review.
- Preparing premium finance quotations and agreements as needed.
- Binding coverage, including invoice and binder preparation.
- Entering all relevant data into EPIC following procedures to ensure up-to-date client records.
- Review insurance policies against expiring policy wording, insurer quotes, and A&G standards.
- Assist in processing renewal certificates of insurance.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date schedules of insurance (and "big chart" when applicable) along with historic coverage, limit, and premium comparisons.
- Provide assistance with claim reporting for clients.
- Help create audit spreadsheets for larger clients.
- Process endorsement requests, including coordination with insurers, invoicing, and distribution to clients.
- Ensure all client files are kept current.
Job Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with underwriters, team members, and clients.
- Basic knowledge of insurance coverages, including property/casualty, management liability, and professional liability. Some account managers may specialize in certain lines of coverage.
- Technological proficiency, including use of Microsoft Office Suite, EPIC agency management system, and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and vendors while working well within a team.
- Client-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
