Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Assist in processing and managing insurance policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
- Ensure client records are accurately maintained and all documentation is up to date
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support account managers with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new coverage options to provide informed support to clients
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management software
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
- Familiarity with commercial insurance products and services is an advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Possesses an active P&C license or demonstrates a willingness to obtain one
- Compensation: Between $50K-$55K (based on experience).
