Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) with expertise in handling commercial insurance accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
• Provide support to clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process endorsements, and issue certificates of insurance
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with premium collection and account reconciliation
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and assist with new business development efforts
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and documentation
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy forms
• Proficiency in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of insurance accounting and collection practices
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
