Overview

An established agency is seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Insurance Producer to join their team. As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Assess client's risks and exposures and provide appropriate insurance solutions
• Negotiate and finalize insurance contracts and coverage terms with various insurance carriers
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date information
• Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Proven experience as a successful commercial insurance producer or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various commercial insurance products and services
• Strong networking and business development skills
