The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the business, seeking new opportunities, and collaborating with the team to manage a diverse book of accounts. This role will involve a combination of office-based work and field visits to meet with clients.

Responsibilities
- Work with the account managers to maintain and grow the business
- Proactively seek new business opportunities as a hunter
- Collaborate with the team to quote new and renewal business
- Manage a generalist book of accounts, including medium to large-sized clients such as municipalities, schools, restaurants, bars, manufacturing, and convenience stores
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines or B2B sales
- P&C license required, designation is a plus
- Familiarity with AMS360 software
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients
