- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients
- Prepare accurate policy documentation and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company procedures
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager within the commercial lines insurance sector, specializing in Condo insurance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with insurance software and Microsoft Office
- Any relevant insurance qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
