Responsibilities
- Service and manage accounts, working with both carriers and clients
- Collaborate with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Handle a wide range of insurance accounts with diverse needs (transportation, construction, sanitation, etc.)
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to Helene and the team
- Ensure smooth daily operations within the claims and marketing department
- Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an insurance-related role (preferably in a generalist capacity, not niche-specific)
- Required: Proficiency in AMS360 or Epic software
- Required: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Preferred: Experience in managing transportation, construction, and sanitation accounts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable working under pressure and as part of a team
Salary : $90,000
