Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Commercial Lines Account Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of mid to large market commercial lines accounts
• Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on new business for Account Managers
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Coordinators to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Handle all aspects of client management and provide top-notch customer service
• Contribute to problem-solving and offer analytical insights for clients and team members
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines for Account Managers, 5 years for Senior Account Managers
• P&C license is required
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC software
• Familiarity with carriers such as Liberty, CNA, Travelers, and Great American
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a customer-service oriented approach
  
  

Day-to-day

The role will involve managing a generalist book of mid to large market commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
