# Responsibilities
Schedule - Onsite (Monday-Friday)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Commercial Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial accounts. This individual must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
# Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts ranging from $0-$500k in size including but not limited to claims, endorsements, quoting, policy reviews, and any other aspects of maintaining commercial insurance client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support
- Utilize Hawksoft and/or EPIC system to process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for new and existing policies
- Analyze coverage options and present tailored solutions to meet clients' needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and compliant advice to clients
- Drive growth and retention strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Hawksoft, EPIC, or similar insurance management system
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships
- Active Property & Casualty License

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
