Job Description

COMMERCIAL LINES OPERATIONS MANAGER

LOCATION: Hamilton Township, NJ (Hybrid available after 90 days)

Looking for a Commercial Lines Team Leader for a local insurance agency with multiple locations near Yardley, PA and Hamilton, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the commercial lines account management team, production team and customer service teams
  • Responsible for overseeing large book of business
  • Manage top clients and build relationships
  • Meet monthly goals

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
  • 7 years’ experience with all Commercial Lines insurance and markets.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar Leadership role
