Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships with retail brokers
- Bind new and renewal business
- Work on a mix of Casualty and Property Accounts
- Understand needs and develop submissions/bind accounts
- Quote new/renewal business
- Traveling for client meetings & business arrangements
- 3 years of solid sales experience
- P&C license
- Willingness/ability to travel as needed
- Outgoing, personable, and consultative
- Experience in a wholesale role highly preferred
- Compensation: Between $90k-$150k (based on experience) bonus opportunities.
