Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will utilize your exceptional sales and relationship-building skills to assess clients' insurance needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients to expand the commercial insurance portfolio
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide them with suitable coverage options
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to negotiate terms, coverages, and pricing on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and insurance policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer or in a similar sales role within the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and commercial auto
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Solid understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is highly preferred
