What You'll Do
- Advise and consult with clients, ensuring they have the best coverage for their unique needs.
- Manage and grow a book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and servicing accounts.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, offering solutions to round out personal and commercial accounts.
- Partner strategically with the sales team to optimize client retention and expansion.
- Review policies for accuracy, ensuring proper coverage and rating calculations.
- Process endorsements, invoices, certificates, proposals, and policy summaries.
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and partners to market and quote new and renewal business.
- Take on special projects as assigned by leadership to enhance our client service experience.
