Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to proactively generate and nurture leads within the commercial insurance sector.
- Engage effectively with a diverse network, leveraging relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team by gathering comprehensive client information to facilitate accurate quoting processes.
- Communicate confidently with C-level executives and stakeholders, demonstrating expertise in risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Utilize industry knowledge and experience to provide specialized advice, particularly in generalist and/or construction-related insurance needs.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Active Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) license within the state of TX.
- Demonstrated experience handling premiums of $50k or higher, showcasing a strong understanding of insurance market dynamics.
- Proven ability to engage socially and professionally, with a robust network that enhances business development efforts.
- Prior exposure to AMS platforms such as ImageRight or Sagitta preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred, with a track record of delivering client-centered solutions.
- Previous generalist and/or construction experience is required.
