Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of accounts and providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of accounts, including self and level, ranging from 2 to 1000 lives
- Work with carriers such as Anthem, United, Cigna, Etna, Guardian, Hartford, and Metlife
- Engage in client-facing activities and presentations
- Service existing accounts and quote new/renewal business
- Utilize software such as Imageright, Benefit Point, and EPIC
- Collaborate with the Vice President and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
- L&H license is required
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and insurance industry
- Proficiency in Imageright, Benefit Point, and EPIC software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong time management, adaptability, critical thinking, and motivation skills
