Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of accounts and providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of accounts, including self and level, ranging from 2 to 1000 lives
• Work with carriers such as Anthem, United, Cigna, Etna, Guardian, Hartford, and Metlife
• Engage in client-facing activities and presentations
• Service existing accounts and quote new/renewal business
• Utilize software such as Imageright, Benefit Point, and EPIC
• Collaborate with the Vice President and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
  
  

Qualifications

• L&H license is required
• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and insurance industry
• Proficiency in Imageright, Benefit Point, and EPIC software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong time management, adaptability, critical thinking, and motivation skills
  
  

Day-to-day: The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, engaging in client-facing activities, and collaborating with the Vice President and other team members to ensure client satisfaction. The role will involve utilizing various software and working with a range of accounts and carriers.
