Responsibilities
- Manage consolidated billing and invoicing processes.
- Handle all aspects of eligibility, including reviewing applications for submission.
- Apply standards such as waiting periods, minimum hours, and required documentation.
- Make changes to healthcare plans and update carrier information.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in training sessions to understand products and their implications.
- Communicate effectively with the CFO, office directors, and HR.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Above-average computer skills with the ability to master essential software programs.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Compensation: Between $56K-$70K (based on experience).
