Responsibilities

• Sell employee benefits and free up time for the servicing team to handle the rest
• Quote new and renewal business
• Utilize AMS 360 software for daily tasks
• Contribute to the growth of the department and company
  
  

Qualifications

• L&H licensure required
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Proven track record of sales and business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
  

Day-to-day

As an Employee Benefits Producer, you will be responsible for selling employee benefits and contributing to the overall revenue potential of the company. You will have the flexibility to work on-site and remotely, with the opportunity to shape your schedule based on your personal and professional needs.

• Competitive salary range of $60-130k (DOE)
