Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer .This role offers a great environment for producers and provides the opportunity to work with mid-market accounts.

Responsibilities

• Quote new and renewal business for mid-market accounts (52-500)
• Utilize previous benefits sales experience to drive new business
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies
  
  

Qualifications

• Required Licensure/Designations: L&H
• Proven experience in Employee Benefits sales, with a focus on mid-market accounts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
  

Day-to-day: As an Employee Benefits Producer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing tailored benefit solutions to meet client needs. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
