Salary/Benefits
- $95,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience)

- Supervise the daily operations of the general liability claims department.
- Manage and mentor a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure all claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review and analyze claims to determine appropriate action and resolution.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve claims handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling general liability claims.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- NY license or in process of obtaining NY license is required
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy interpretation, claims investigation, and legal principles.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
