General responsibilities: Provide day to day customer service, retention, rounding of client accounts, and managing client service needs. Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment, with working knowledge of carrier contracts, systems, and services. Skill in building strong relationships through non-client facing communications is a must.

Qualifications
- Must have 2 years working in a retail agency environment and with premiums 20K
- Must hold an active NY P&C License
- Must be detail oriented
- Work if a fast paced environment and work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Must be able to advise customers on coverage
- Ability to cross-sell and identify gaps in coverage
