About The Role

  • Educate clients on Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Prescription Drug Plans.
  • Build and manage a book of business with a long-term focus.
  • Market yourself and generate leads through referrals, networking, and custom campaigns.
  • Adapt to industry changes, including regulatory updates, product changes, and new technologies.
  • Leverage technology to provide efficient and compliant client service.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve personal and professional growth.

  • Active 2-40 or 2-15 insurance license.

  • Open to contributing a set monthly cost toward operational tools (CRM, training platforms, and marketing resources).

Your Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Part D plans.
  • Build and maintain a book of business with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Submit Medicare applications accurately and in compliance with CMS guidelines.
  • Stay updated on Medicare industry trends, including changes in products and regulations.
  • Market yourself using custom, CMS-compliant collateral provided at no cost.
  • Utilize advanced technology for quoting, comparing, and enrolling clients remotely.
