Overview: We are seeking a Market Agency Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance agency management, with a focus on sales and retention. This position plays a crucial role in leading the local team and driving new business sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the agency
• Recruit and develop talent within the team
• Drive new business sales and focus on retention
• Quote new and renewal business, with a sales-oriented approach
• Oversee a team of 5-10 producers and drive overall production
  
  

Qualifications

• P&C license required
• Proven experience in agency management and leadership
• Strong sales and retention focus
• Ability to recruit and develop talent within the team
• Experience in managing a team of producers
