Mid-Market Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Managers to join our team. As a leading private agency with a great reputation, we offer a friendly and collaborative work culture. The successful candidates will report to the Market Service Leader and will have the opportunity to work on a true middle market book, with a focus on generalist accounts, food & beverage, and franchises.

Responsibilities

• Quote new and renewal business
• Manage a true middle market book of business
• Work with various carriers, including most major ones in Cleveland
• Utilize Applied EPIC software for daily tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of Account Management experience
• P&C license
• Experience with middle market accounts, food & beverage, and franchises
• Familiarity with most major carriers in Cleveland
• Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software
  
  

Day-to-day

The successful candidates will be responsible for quoting new and renewal business, managing a true middle market book of business, and working with various carriers. They will also utilize Applied EPIC software for their daily tasks.
