Compensation
- $45,000 - $70,000/year based on experience
- Quarterly bonus

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in non-standard auto claims adjusting.
- Strong knowledge of non-standard auto policies and coverages.
- Experience with claims management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle non-standard auto claims, including bodily injury, property damage, and total loss claims.
- Review coverage, assess liability, and set appropriate reserves.
- Obtain and review police reports, statements, and repair estimates.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and repair facilities.
- Identify potential fraud and escalate cases when necessary.
Salary : $45,000 - $70,000
