Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and processing payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with diverse state and federal regulations, including tax withholdings, by leveraging expertise in multi-state payroll systems and procedures.Qualifications:
- Job Duties:
- Manage and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using Accounting CS
- Provide timely and accurate payroll payments for all employees in a multi-state environment, including approved regular pay, bonuses, overtime, etc.
- Identify and offer recommendations for improvements in processes, systems, and procedures to ensure department effectiveness
- Provide consultative services to HR leadership on issues relating to employee pay and bonuses
- Ensure appropriate earnings and deductions are configured in Accounting CS
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling multi-state payroll.
- You must have knowledge of US Payroll requirements / compliance by State
- Experience with a payroll system preferably Accounting CS
