This role is responsible for managing high-net-worth personal lines accounts, ensuring superior client service, and handling new and renewal business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-net-worth clients and a strong understanding of personal lines insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business consisting of high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
- Quote, renew, and maintain personal insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive account management.
- Provide consultative risk management advice and coverage recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage options.
- Utilize Applied Epic software for policy management, documentation, and client correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support departmental growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Required License: Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Experience: Prior experience handling high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
- Preferred Experience: Open to candidates with varying years of experience, as long as they have worked with high-net-worth accounts.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management software.
- Compensation: Between $65k-$85k (based on experience).
