- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Accurately quote, bind, and issue personal lines insurance policies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and needs assessment.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and effectively promote additional insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency standards.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the personal lines insurance industry.
- Proven success in sales and customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Active 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license required.
