We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, providing A-Z servicing, and quoting new and renewal business.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, including standard PL accounts such as home, auto, umbrella, and a handful of HNW accounts
- Provide A-Z servicing for clients
- Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on remarketing due to market struggles
- Collaborate with virtual assistants to handle quoting tasks
- Potentially lead the team to alleviate workload
- Minimum 3 years of experience in A-Z servicing and quoting for personal lines accounts
- P&C license is required
- Experience with Zywave software is preferred
- A-type personality with leadership potential
