Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy reviews to clients
- Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate coverage terms
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for account rounding and up-selling of additional products
- 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on account management
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Property and Casualty insurance license preferred
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their insurance needs
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless client service and account management
- Research and stay informed on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Leverage agency management systems to maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
- Attend industry events and training sessions to continuously improve personal lines insurance knowledge
