Job Description

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER



LOCATION: Lemoyne, PA

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the retention of existing accounts and customer service
  • Assist in marketing of accounts/risks, review of quotes for accuracy, and prepare proposals
  • Discuss policy changes and additions with clients
  • Process the policy change through the carrier website or via email communication
  • Update agency management system
  • Provide assistance with any claims
  • Process renewals, binders, ID cards, invoicing and other documentation.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
  • Knowledge or experience with Personal Lines standard products and markets.
