Responsibilities
- Responsible for the retention of existing accounts and customer service
- Assist in marketing of accounts/risks, review of quotes for accuracy, and prepare proposals
- Discuss policy changes and additions with clients
- Process the policy change through the carrier website or via email communication
- Update agency management system
- Provide assistance with any claims
- Process renewals, binders, ID cards, invoicing and other documentation.
- College degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required.
- Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
- Knowledge or experience with Personal Lines standard products and markets.
