A well established and reputable independent insurance agency is looking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to their Jonesboro, AR office. This position will work right alongside experienced Insurance Producers to handle all aspects of account management.

A well established and reputable independent insurance agency is looking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to their Jonesboro, AR office. This position will work right alongside experienced Insurance Producers to handle all aspects of account management.
Requirements
- Ability to handle account management duties from the time the policy is sold all the way through to renewals.
- Experience at an independent insurance agency setting
- Knowledge of quoting policies with multiple carriers to provide the best options to clients
- Ability to handle certificates, endorsements, etc.
- Experience working with standard and HNW accounts.
- Working knowledge of Epic agency management system is preferred
- Must be able to collaborate with a team
- Professional manner and ability to assist clients face to face
- Must have knowledge of how to assist clients in claims and follow through with updates

Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
