We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hybrid Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role that allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, providing a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service for personal insurance lines
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Review policy coverage and advise clients on potential gaps or additional coverage options
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market
- Handle client inquiries and claims, providing support and guidance throughout the process
- 3 years (Retail Insurance Agency) of proven experience as an Account Manager in personal insurance, with a strong understanding of standard personal lines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Property & Casualty License
- Engage with clients through various communication channels to handle inquiries and provide support

- Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients
